System of Digital Geodetic Reports - SDGR

On 1 September 2018, the State Geodetic Administration launched the System of Digital Geodetic Reports (SDGR) in use.

The SDGR is a comprehensive application developed using the most advanced web technologies, in accordance with the interoperability and openness principles that provide licensed geodetic surveyors full support for the preparation of digital geodetic reports (DGR), monitoring the entire process between initial status data download in digital GML format, preparation and production of the geodetic report in digital format, and electronic submission of the geodetic report to the corresponding cadastral office for review and confirmation. Using advanced solutions, the DGRS is linked to the Real Property Registration and Cadastre Joint Information System (JIS) and One-Stop-Shop (OSS) system.

The DGRS can be accessed at https://sdge.dgu.hr, and can be used by all natural persons or legal entities having obtained consent for performing professional geodetic activities in the form of a decision issued by the State Geodetic Administration (hereinafter: licensees),
To use the system, licensees must, in accordance with the Regulations on Determining the Actual Costs of Using Data Contained in the State Survey and Real Property Cadastre Documentation (Official Gazette 59/2018), submit a request for obtaining a username and password. You can read more about submitting a request and issuing a username and password on the State Geodetic Administration website: www.dgu.gov.hr.

The system can also be used by those licensees who have not submitted a request for obtaining a username and password in accordance with the Regulations on Determining the Actual Costs of Using Data Contained in the State Survey and Real Property Cadastre Documentation (Official Gazette 59/2018). They can log into the SDGR as “guests” and use parts of the SDGR to check the quality of the graphical part of DGRs. To log in as guests, they use the username and password “Gost” (Eng. guest). Licensees can also use the functionality of converting GML into CAD, which can independently be used by those licensees who have obtained a username and password following a request for issuing a username and password.

Licensees who have been issued a username and password will be able to obtain them independently from the One Stop Shop (OSS) system. The link for licensees to use OSS is: https://oss.uredjenazemlja.hr/private.

All this, as well as the very SDGR and OSS functionalities, is explained in documents that can be downloaded on the State Geodetic Administration website: www.dgu.gov.hr.
