Coordinators of the Project components

Integrated Land Administration System Project

The MoJ and SGA appoint coordinators for the contractual Project components, who coordinate the implementation of the activities of the Project component for which they have been appointed and are responsible for their work to the institutions having appointed them.


The components of the Integrated Land Administration System Project referring to the Ministry of Justice are the following:

COMPONENT A – Land Registration System Development

COMPONENT C – Better Digital Services, and

COMPONENT D – Project Management, Training and Public Awareness


Component A Coordinator – Mr. Zoran Avramović, Advisor at the Directorate for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law, Ministry of Justice

Component C Coordinator – Mr. Silvije Šeremet, Head of the Sector for IT Development, Ministry of Justice

Component D Coordinator – Ms. Erika Kaloćira-Reljić, Head of the JIS Management Department, Land Registration Management Service, Ministry of Justice



The components of the Integrated Land Administration System Project referring to the State Geodetic Administration are the following:

COMPONENT B – Spatial Information and Cadastre System Modernization

COMPONENT C – Better Digital Services, and

COMPONENT D – Project Management, Training and Public Awareness


Components B, C, D Coordinator – Mr. Antonio Šustić, Head of the Sector for Cadastral System

Special Coordinator for National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) issues at the SGA - Ms. Ljerka Marić, Internal Organisational Unit in Charge of NSDI systems

Special Coordinator for the information and communication technology (ICT) field on behalf of the SGA is Mr. Zoran Vujić, Manager of the Stand-Alone System for Information and Communication Technology, internal organisational unit responsible for the ICT system.
